The tasting menu was amazing here. I'll be thinking about the French toast for many years to come. All the dishes were so unique and we had lots to talk about with how complex they all were. At $140 for a tasting menu of this high quality is extremely reasonable. Better get in fast before they get a Michelin star and you won't be able to get in.
Food was exquisite and tastefully presented. The service was amazing and the vibe was romantic and quaint. I enjoyed every bite from the Caesar salad to the Turbot fish. It was our anniversary and they treated us well. Next time we go, we will try the tasting menu.
I had to share right away about the experience my husband and I had at this absolute gem of a restaurant in Burlington. I think it is poised to get more and more accolades as its reputation is sure to grow. The service was excellent - all the staff were friendly and treated you with such an easy grace and you knew they were there because they love what they do. The FOOD! This was the best meal I have had in a very long time. We had the tasting menu and not only were the pace and portion perfect, but the flavours were homey and sophisticated all at the same time. They really know how to combine textures and flavours and challenge your palate with an international repertoire of ingredients, put together on a plate with such consideration and respect. Booked a reservation for three to do the tasting menu! Each course was well balanced with flavours and portions were quite generous for a tasting - leaving you full and satisfied by the end. Each dish had a unique creativity and it’s apparent the care and creativity the cooks put into it. Jad, Charlotte and Miguel were very attentive and knowledgeable about each course. Genuinely difficult to pick a favourite course because each one was so amazing. Will be returning for sure! #noh8

No 8 restaurant was an amazing culinary experience. The entire staff was courteous and knowledgeable about every course. This is the best kept secret in Burlington. We will be back.
