I came to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived according to the app. Instead, I ended up waiting about 45 minutes. First they said 10 minutes, then another 15 minutes, and then 5 more minutes. In the end, my time was completely wasted. Very poor time management and no respect for the customer’s time.
The Sushi Tower was the best thing I've had in years. Salmon, tempura flakes, seaweed, crab meat, avocado, sushi rice all layered up with a spicy mayo sauce. Can't get any better than that. The sashimi app was pretty good too!
This has been our new go to sushi spot! We moved into the area and were super excited about the prospect of having an independent sushi restaurant right by our house that is not an all you can eat or a chain. We have ordered here 3x already and it's always so good! This has quickly become our new Friday takeout tradition! its always fresh and delicious.
Jieun is the best! I would give 10 stars all around if I could. Amazing experience. We will be back for sure. Food was fresh and incredible. Btw it is now open Mondays!
Sushi is great here! But other things not so much. The chefs and the server is hard working and they take their time to give you the best food but the only problem here is the wait time: A lot of pickup and uber orders so it slowed down the 2 chefs. Overall food is good!
We sat for fifteen minutes without anyone even acknowledging us and the place half empty. We were quite disappointed considering the great rating. Looks like their clientele is mostly takeout so that's probably the way to go.
Weve only tried the party tray takeout but its the best sushi weve tried in Burlington. The fish is cut thick so that you can actually taste the flavour and rice is used sparingly. A little pricy but when you consider the quality it is worth it. Only downside is that the party tray did not come with any soup or salad.
Not sure how two cucumber avocado rolls amount to almost $14. Still scratching my head. New to the area. My last go to sushi place tasted a lot better, presentation was much nicer, the rolls were bigger. I would order my usual and never got charged more than $10. In my opinion not worth the money for some mediocre pathetic looking sushi.
