Me shame !! Rice and peas taste old and stale ! And the fry chicken was disgusting and nobody messes up fry chicken come on now do better as one of the only places in Burlington to get Jamaican food. So disappointing
First time in Burlington and I located a Jamaican shop/restaurant. The place is clean and located near a main road. The customer service was excellent. I ordered patties and was not disappointed. They are bringing in other foodstuff like canned ackee, hot sauces, etc.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. Being from Toronto (new to Burlington) I thought all Caribbean food would be lame. THIS SPOT IS SOOOO GOOODDDD!!!!! Omg. Their customer service, A1. The food, incredible. Thank you, you’ve gained a loyal customer.
The best jerk chicken/jerk pork ever!!! Once I brought it to my Jamaican coworker, she said the Jerk pork tasted just like how it was back home. We order there at least once per week. My favourite food spot in Burlington! Order anything from the menu you won’t be disappointed.
Went in yesterday which was a Thursday afternoon, after lunch around 3:30pm, it did not seem busy. We ordered three meals. Service was slow. The ox tail wasn’t falling off the bone as it should which was disappointing to say the least. The coleslaw was fresh and the rice and beans were good with the gravy. Had better ox tail. It’s suppose to fall off the bone !!
I think I had already left a review but I was prompted by Google. I'm picky with my jerk chicken and my oxtail and let me say the oxtail here is absolutely succulent cooked perfectly it tastes amazing the jerk chicken is also great I would recommend this to anyone in the area this is some of the best jerk chicken I've had outside my local Toronto Mississauga Brampton region
