My husband and I have been here many times and it’s one of our favourite places to eat in Burlington. Food is fantastic and so flavourful, and quality is consistently good. Service is amazing, staff go above and beyond!
I ordered two meals today Oct 12 at around 430 p.m. The lady answering the phone was rude/inpatient. When I came in to pick up the order, she did not greet me and remained rude/no smile/no manners. She was a middle aged woman with brown hair and hair tied back. Despite me being very polite and respectful, she had no manners. It’s a great way to show you don’t appreciate your customers and I’m not interested in coming back. Chicken was also burnt.
I ordered the half chicken meal with two sides (rice and potatoes) and it was delicious and a very generous portion. The owner was very kind and helpful!
What a great experience we had. Angela was so customer service focused. This was our first time eating here. Chicken fingers are made on site and amazing and the sauces that go with the chicken are all terrific. Even the coleslaw was full of flavour. We will be back for sure.

Nice spot, but it is too pricey. I ordered the piri piri hot honey sandwhich & ended up spending over $20 without a drink. The taste was great & but I found the fried chicken was lacking that exterior crunch/crisp.
