Most of the staff were great and very helpful, but Emma was extremely rude to an elderly person. It was really disgraceful to see. I hope management addresses this, because the rest of the team was excellent.
The staff here are amazing!!! Helped me find what I was looking for, offered to call so many stores and helped me create an account with them! Will definitely come back to shop here!
Terrible terrible manager at this location. I bought a couple pijamas with the deal Buy one get the second one half off and one of them I didn't like how it fit so I wanted to exchange it for another one. One was $36.90 and the second was $34.90 (which I only paid 50% of the price, about $17.95) I wanted to return the $36.90 one. I chose another one which was $34.90 and also had that promotion but when I tried checking out she was charging me $8 extra for some reason. I'm sorry but my math tells me something is wrong, if anything she should give me $2 credit back. Well she just said no, too bad that's how it is. I asked to call for the manager, she said she was the manager and that there was nothing else she could do, take it or leave it. I just left, went to another Ardene and exchanged them no problem. That's Horrible customer service, what a waste of time, Im not coming back to this location and I hope they hire more competent "managers".
