My wife just visited the Burlington store and found one of the staff to be very unfriendly, not helpful. However, the other staff member( east indian) was veryyyy nice friendly and helpful.I recommend the second lady.

I had to return some clothes I ordered online, and it was easy to do. Staff offered suggestions on the Jean styles. I like this store and will be back for sure.

I had a great experience this morning! I went to get some new Bras, because I saw a Facebook ad. I was able to get my items for 30% discount! I had great help thanks to the amazing associate Jackie! She made countless runs making sure I was able to get the correct bra to match my needs! She definitely went above and beyond! I will for sure return here for future shopping! Thanks again Jackie!!

Unfortunately my wife always finds something here to make her look hotter. . I was impressed with the respect the service the staff showed to all. Great store Summer dress destination IMO

I love this location. The staff is always helpful. At this visit, I was able to get my birthday discount on a pair of my favourite black jeans. Yay!!! I like that they have plus sizes in different fits so I pretty much know now which fit is best for what I want. I do wish they would carry swim wear in more chlorine-resistant materials. I like the sleepwear and they now carry more styles that are not frumpy.

Unbelievably rude & not at all helpful!! Asked for help looking for sizes on a bra & was rudely told “what you see is what you get”... Not even an offer to look in the back or through the drawers! No wonder the store was empty!!!!
