The dresses here are cheaply made and a waste of money. Go elsewhere and spend your money better. Don't make the same mistake I did. Dress literally fell apart during my event
We visited Pink Canary back in 2022 when they were still at Vaughan Mills, and I am so thankful we did. At the time, we were searching for a second prom dress after a disappointing online order. We had bought a tulle gown from BCBG that cost over $800, but it ended up being very unflattering, and due to international duties and fees, we could not return it. We were feeling stressed and discouraged, but all of that changed the moment we walked into Pink Canary. Laura, the owner, helped us personally. She was so kind, welcoming, and clearly very experienced. She immediately understood what would flatter my daughter’s body type and style. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping young women feel beautiful and confident. Her sense of fashion is amazing, and she made the entire experience feel comfortable and special. My daughter felt at ease and truly supported. She ended up choosing a beautiful blush pink dress from the brand Maniju. I do not believe the exact style is online anymore, but it may still be available in store. The dress was absolutely perfect. It was elegant, flattering, and incredibly versatile. It cost around $200 and the quality was outstanding. It looked far more expensive than it was and fit my daughter perfectly. She wore it to prom and received so many compliments. Since then, she has worn it to weddings as a guest, to a school formal, and to other special events. This dress is timeless and so easy to style for different occasions. It still looks as beautiful today as it did the day she bought it, and it remains one of her favorite pieces in her closet. What also stood out to us was how many unique and stylish pieces the boutique carried. Pink Canary has so many boutique-style clothes that you would typically find in high-end stores for double or even triple the price. Their pieces are trendy, well-made, and very affordable, especially if you want to look fashionable without spending a fortune. It truly is a hidden gem. Although we no longer live nearby, we really miss having Pink Canary close to home. My daughter left her own review a while ago, but I wanted to share my experience too because it meant so much to both of us. We are now preparing for her university graduation, and without question, we will be making the drive from Toronto to Burlington to visit Pink Canary again. That is how much we value this boutique and the incredible care Laura puts into what she does. I have seen a few mixed reviews, and while every experience is different, ours was nothing but positive. Laura treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She helped us turn a difficult situation into a moment of joy and confidence. My daughter left that day glowing, and that is something I will always remember. If you are looking for a beautiful dress or trendy clothing that is affordable, stylish, and unique, I truly recommend Pink Canary. We are already looking forward to coming back soon.✨
I bought a dress for my girlfriend’s birthday at this store and she loved it. She was so happy with how it fit that we ended up going back to the store together.
Love, love, LOVE this store. Laura was SO incredibly helpful and brought me clothes that were perfect for my body type. (I really wouldn’t have tried some of the items on without her suggestions.) My sister and l had a really good experience at Pink Canary...one of the sales assistants L brought us different options to the changing room without us asking for any. We ended up buying from the selection she picked for us. She had us all set with the shoes and jewels....so thankful to her I'm ready to attend the wedding I'm going to.
Worst sales associate of the century at this place. I went in with my daughter to pick a dress for conformation. When we walked in we were greeted and asked if they could help. We politely said that our daughter is picky and would like to let her look around and see what she likes . As we began looking with our daughter not once but twice did the associate bring items over that my daughter did not want. We just walked out the store. We saved 200$ because of your customer service. Luckily she found what she wanted elsewhere in the mall. Thanks for nothing
I tried to buy my daughter a dress for her conformation and were made so uncomfortable by the blonde sales lady after telling her we did not want or like her suggestions she continued to bring us dresses so we left the store and purchased elsewhere will never be back. And in response to the owner yes when you are told we don't want your suggestions multiple times and you keep buzzing around like an annoying fly that can't be swatted away people don't want to shop after that learn to take a hint after being told at least 3 times your help was not wanted and was ugly
