I would like to highlight the outstanding customer service I received yesterday from Natalie. She was kind and knowledgeable and she made my shopping experience a pleasant one.
I have had the pleasure of shopping at Style Encore Burlington a few times now, and it has inspired me to write my first google review. WHAT A WONDERFUL STORE! The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. As a shopper, I feel like they want to help me find clothes that suit me and it's not about "making a sale". The selection is incredible and I have always found something wonderful. While the prices reflect the resale nature of the store, the ambience and selection rival the best department stores and boutiques. I always feel so amazing after a shop there, and receive so many compliments on my purchases. I highly recommend asking for a "styling" from one of the staff... they know what is in fashion and they individualize their advice to each shopper. This is now my go-to store.
More low end brands and heavily used items then I would have expected. Lots to sort through - kind of a Goodwill vibe. Not really like you would expect for consignment.
Staff are nice. The reason why I only gave 2 starts is because I drove all the way form toronto to sell my stuff, they're all pretty much new some barely worn and some are new and they're all branded (miu miu purses, furla, mk erc) Came back after 30 mins and they only brought 3 items for $36 yes you read that right. I asked why they only bought 3 items they told me that some of the purses has marks on the hard ware, Like in my mind okay whatever. I toke the $36 since I already drove that far. PS: If you guys are selling at this location I find them very picky means make sure your items are in brand new condition or brand new with tag. Check your stuff before coming make sure that there's no stains and purses make sure its clean no rubbing or marking on the hardware or purses it self.
