I had a great experience recently while shopping for jeans. One of the sales people (I believe may have been the manager) looked for and found the perfect pair. The other associate helped as well with finding a second pair. Washed them and no shrinkage (they had been pre washed). I will definitely go back.
I came to this store on December 10 to use my birthday discount and left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. There was no greeting, but constant surveillance that made me feel as though I was being judged rather than helped. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this here. Customer service should be welcoming to all people, regardless of who they are. In 2025, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I walked out without making a purchase due to the staff’s unprofessional conduct.
Lovely helpful salesperson in the store. But what ever happened to interesting merchandising? Seriously, how many boring stacks of piles/racks of bland outfits can one location carry? With the advent of social media and inexpensive TVs … where are the fun styling videos?
Came here on the weekend never shopped with reitmans before but I needed to get dress pants for my job and was having a hard time finding the right fit until I came here. The lady I asked to help me did so in a friendly manner, brought me styles to try on and find the right length and fit.
3 of us waited at the cash for service while staff folded items 5 feet away. No help. Gave up after a while. They did wish us a good day as we left. Bought nothing.
I found the service could have been better, we weren't treated when we walked in. When we asked for help, no one seemed to go out of their way to help us put outfits together. This store use to be so honest and spend the time with their customers. Slowly have stopped shopping here
